The company is looking for someone to bridge the gap between their Developers and DevOps. You will stay in check with your software engineering background while heading up their DevOps practice. You will receive training working with Terraform and Cloud. You will utilize your knowledge with CI/CD, building out pipelines with GitLab while also enhancing your automation knowledge by creating Ansible playbooks. Although there may be a pay cut, you will receive compensation that matches your experience while being in a position to learn and upskill yourself in the DevOps space.
The company works with large amounts of locational data, producing insights into precise locations which, in the cases of some of their main partners like emergency services, can save lives! You will be able to work from the comfort of your own home and have the option to attend social events if that interests you.
