Known for delivering tailored solutions across Europe, this growing, human-scale firm combines global expertise with a personal, collaborative approach. They are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Operations Director to support and expand their presence across the UK market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and overseeing project and cost management activities across multiple projects
- Building and developing key client relationships
- Supporting business growth and identifying new opportunities within the UK market
- Acting as a trusted advisor to major clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting operational strategy, project governance, and commercial performance
- Driving a collaborative, client-focused and entrepreneurial culture
This role would suit either a high-performing Associate/Senior Associate ready to step into a broader leadership position.
PROFILE
- Strong background in both Project Management and Cost Management
- Experience within construction consultancy environments
- Proven client-facing and key account management capability
- Commercially minded with strong business development instincts
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous and growth-oriented mindset
- Experience delivering projects within retail, logistics, commercial or industrial sectors would be advantageous
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full right to live and work in the UK
