Linum Consult is supporting an international organisation with a substantial programme of new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects, and we are seeking a highly organised Document Controller to join the team.

This is a central coordination role supporting multiple live construction projects and working closely with Project Managers, Cost Managers, consultants and external delivery teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping project information, systems, documentation and commercial administration running smoothly across the portfolio.

  • Coordinating project administration across multiple construction and fit-out projects
  • Supporting Project Managers and Cost Managers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Setting up new-build and refurbishment projects within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and client project portals
  • Managing project folders, document structures, users and permissions
  • Maintaining strong document-control and information-management processes
  • Auditing project records to ensure information remains complete, accurate and compliant
  • Coordinating project updates, access changes and close-out documentation
  • Supporting project invoicing and ensuring payments are correctly allocated against approved fees
  • Maintaining clear records of outstanding actions and supporting the wider PMO team
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of digital project-management systems and processes

This role would suit someone with experience in PMO coordination, project administration, document control or project support within construction, fit-out, property or a related project environment. You should be highly organised, confident working across multiple projects and comfortable coordinating with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, document-management systems or client portals would be particularly valuable.
