Document Controller – Construction & Fit-Out – UK remote Linum Consult is supporting an international organisation with a substantial programme of new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects, and we are seeking a highly organised Document Controller to join the team. This is a central coordination role supporting multiple live construction projects and working closely with Project Managers, Cost Managers, consultants and external delivery teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping project information, systems, documentation and commercial administration running smoothly across the portfolio. Coordinating project administration across multiple construction and fit-out projects Supporting Project Managers and Cost Managers throughout the project lifecycle Setting up new-build and refurbishment projects within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and client project portals Managing project folders, document structures, users and permissions Maintaining strong document-control and information-management processes Auditing project records to ensure information remains complete, accurate and compliant Coordinating project updates, access changes and close-out documentation Supporting project invoicing and ensuring payments are correctly allocated against approved fees Maintaining clear records of outstanding actions and supporting the wider PMO team Contributing to the ongoing improvement of digital project-management systems and processes This role would suit someone with experience in PMO coordination, project administration, document control or project support within construction, fit-out, property or a related project environment. You should be highly organised, confident working across multiple projects and comfortable coordinating with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, document-management systems or client portals would be particularly valuable.
