Reporting to the Business Assurance Manager, this role supports the delivery of efficient and effective administrative processes across the Business Assurance function. These processes help the organisation meet its operational, regulatory and customer commitments. This position plays a key part in maintaining strong governance and continuous improvement. It would suit someone who is organised, collaborative and comfortable working with confidential information, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide general administrative support to the Business Assurance team.
- Support the development, maintenance and improvement of Business Management System documentation, including procedures, risk assessments and records.
- Maintain accurate records and support trend analysis reporting.
- Assist with internal audits covering Health.
