Overview
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about digital marketing, enjoys working with data, and has a proven track record of driving organic growth. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising our website and content for search engines to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions. You will play a pivotal role in implementing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies and collaborate across content, web development, and marketing teams to drive results.
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (Hybrid Available)
Holidays: 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
Salary: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimise on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Monitor, track, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Work closely with the content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
- Identify technical SEO issues and liaise with team to resolve them.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO (minimum 1–2 years in a similar role).
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and related tools.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to write or edit optimised content is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
