  • Supporting the preparation of client applications for payment
  • Pricing and managing variations
  • Reviewing subcontractor applications and variation accounts
  • Assisting with cost reporting and project forecasting
  • Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Supporting the commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account

The role will involve a mixture of office and site-based working, giving exposure to live projects and day-to-day site operations. You will gain experience across traditional build, design & build and internally developed schemes, while also working closely with the company's in-house civils and structural steel divisions to develop a broader understanding of key construction packages.

About You

  • Degree qualified or currently studying Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Previous construction or placement experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Strong communication skills and able to work well within different teams
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to use initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
