The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 Β£ per year.

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Site Manager to join a team on an accommodation project in Nottingham, overseeing the final stages of the build through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
  • Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Managing snagging lists and quality control
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
  • Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
  • Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager on healthcare, commercial, multi build, accommodation or similar projects
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
