Linsco are currently looking for a Supervisor / Assistant Site Manager to join a small re-roofing project near Stoke.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating all sub-contractors
- Assist Site manager with daily operations
- Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
- Managing snagging lists and quality control
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
- Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements:
- Use of systems to record works progress
- Valid SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certificates
- Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
