Job Title: Smart Metering Engineer Location: London Working Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £40,450 basic, with the potential to earn an additional £100 per month in attendance bonus Additional: Van, Fuel Card, Tools, PPE provided Purpose of the Role The primary objective of this role is to install Dual Fuel Smart Meters in domestic residential properties, ensuring top-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Install Smart Meters in domestic properties (Dual Fuel) * Manage and maintain stock levels on the van or via 'dropbox' facilities * Provide first-class customer service and support during installations * Offer energy efficiency advice to customers * Ensure accurate and timely submission of worksheets * Collaborate with the Smart Metering Operations Manager to meet daily, monthly, and quarterly targets * Organise and manage own workload to meet company deadlines * Address and resolve customer queries in a professional and efficient manner * Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the role * Flexibility in job responsibilities to ensure the successful fulfilment of the position Person Specification Essential: * Excellent organisational skills * Previous experience in Dual Fuel Metering * Proven ability to exceed performance targets * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * IT literate Employee Package * Basic Salary: £40,450 per annum * Potential Bonus: £1,200 per annum (attendance-related) * Annual Leave: 22 days plus bank holidays * Company Benefits: Vehicle, tools, and uniform provided * Overtime: Competitive rates available * On-Call Pay: * Standby: £200 per week * Monday to Saturday: 1.5x regular rate * Sunday & Bank Holidays: 2x regular rate Linsco is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
