Location: Coventry
Duration: 24th July to 11th August 2025
Rate: £260 - £280 per day (depending on experience)
Project: School extension and internal refurbishment
Linsco are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term school project in Coventry. The works involve a small extension and internal refurbishment, with a tight schedule and high standards of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure work is delivered on time and to specification
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site
- Enforce health & safety compliance and maintain clean working conditions
- Liaise with the client, consultants, and internal teams as needed
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing refurbishment and/or school projects
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and deliver within a tight timeframe
