We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide weekend cover on a hospital-based construction site in Boston. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining smooth communication between trades and management during weekend working hours.

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS
  • CSCS card
  • First Aid qualification
  • Previous experience managing construction activities on live or sensitive sites (hospital/healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
