We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy construction team working on projects across Sheffield and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Duties Include:

  • Assisting with daily site operations
  • Managing subcontractors and trades on site
  • Ensuring health & safety regulations are followed
  • Monitoring progress and quality of work
  • Supporting site paperwork and reports
  • Helping deliver projects within deadlines and budgets

Requirements:

  • Previous construction or site supervision experience
  • Black CSCS Card or currently working towards obtaining one
  • SMSTS required
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
