Linsco is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a large residential development in Lincolnshire. You will lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure homes are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume new build housing with strong programme knowledge, NHBC standards, health & safety and customer care. SMSTS, CSCS, valid First Aid and related qualifications are essential.
