An international landscaping and green-infrastructure contractor is seeking UK-based Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to support major projects across Dubai and the wider UAE. This is a genuine long-term opportunity to join a well-established business delivering large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, and public projects, with full support provided for relocation.
The Role
- Commercial management of landscaping and external works packages
- Cost reporting, valuations, and financial control across live projects
- Procurement and subcontract management
- Contract administration and change control
- Risk management and cost forecasting
- Stakeholder engagement with project, design, and delivery teams
- Senior-level hires will also take responsibility for commercial leadership, mentoring, and strategic cost control.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or landscaping
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Confident managing cost control, reporting, and procurement processes
- Experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Open to international relocation to Dubai
- UK-trained professionals particularly encouraged to apply
- Experience within landscaping or external works is advantageous but not essential - strong commercial construction experience is key.
