An international landscaping and green-infrastructure contractor is seeking UK-based Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to support major projects across Dubai and the wider UAE. This is a genuine long-term opportunity to join a well-established business delivering large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, and public projects, with full support provided for relocation.

The Role

  • Commercial management of landscaping and external works packages
  • Cost reporting, valuations, and financial control across live projects
  • Procurement and subcontract management
  • Contract administration and change control
  • Risk management and cost forecasting
  • Stakeholder engagement with project, design, and delivery teams
  • Senior-level hires will also take responsibility for commercial leadership, mentoring, and strategic cost control.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or landscaping
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Confident managing cost control, reporting, and procurement processes
  • Experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Open to international relocation to Dubai
  • UK-trained professionals particularly encouraged to apply
  • Experience within landscaping or external works is advantageous but not essential - strong commercial construction experience is key.
