Hybrid Working - 1 to 2 Days Office / Property Inspections | Remainder Remote An established Housing Association is seeking an experienced Property Manager (Rent to Buy) to join its expanding Property Management team, taking ownership of a portfolio of homes across the Greater Manchester region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional with a strong background in tenancy and property management to play a key role in supporting residents throughout their Rent to Buy journey, while ensuring excellent property standards, maximising rental income and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role As Property Manager, you will manage a designated portfolio of Rent to Buy properties, taking responsibility for the full customer journey from lettings through to tenancy sustainment and eventual home ownership.

You will manage housing management functions, tenancy compliance, void turnaround, income collection, repairs, ASB cases and property inspections whilst ensuring the portfolio remains compliant with housing legislation and landlord obligations.
