Linsco are looking for an experienced Project Manager to start work on a new build care home project in Wellingborough. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing new build care home projects and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities as required.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Previous experience on new build care homes
