We are currently recruiting experienced Site Managers to oversee social housing roofing programmes across Plymouth. The successful candidates will have experience managing programmes of work within a social housing environment, ideally covering roofing, re-roofing, or similar planned maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing subcontractors and day-to-day site operations
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
  • Managing health & safety and site compliance
  • Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Previous social housing experience
  • Roofing / re-roofing or similar planned works background preferred
  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
