We are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to oversee re-roofing (roof replacement) projects across Plymouth and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in roofing and experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising roofing teams on strip & replace projects
- Managing daily site activities and programme delivery
- Carrying out quality inspections and snagging
- Ensuring health & safety compliance
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors
- Delivering toolbox talks and supporting site teams
Requirements:
- Roofing Supervisor / Foreman experience
- Strong re-roofing / roof replacement background
- Knowledge of pitched and/or flat roofing systems
- SMSTS / SSSTS preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence
