We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing project in Durham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on professional to lead site operations and deliver a high-quality residential development.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of all site activities

- Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations
- Driving the programme to meet deadlines and milestones
