Maintenance Operative Canary Wharf 35,000 per annum My client, a leading provider of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation across London, is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join one of their leading sites in Canary Wharf.
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance of the building, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, secure and well-maintained environment whilst delivering a first-class resident experience.
Due to the technical nature of the building, experience working within a Passivhaus or other highly sustainable/energy-efficient buildings would be highly advantageous.
Candidates with a recognised trade qualification or strong practical experience in electrical or plumbing maintenance will be particularly well suited to this role, as you will be responsible for helping to maintain the performance and efficiency of the building s systems.
