I am currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Advisor to join a busy housing repairs team on a 10-month ongoing contract based in East London.

Rate: £20.12 - £23.22 per hour Umbrella

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: East London

Working Pattern: Office-based during training, then hybrid (3-4 days in office)

Interviews: MS Teams

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling resident repair enquiries via phone, email, and online systems
  • Logging, diagnosing, and scheduling repairs
  • Liaising with contractors and internal teams
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Ensuring properties remain safe, warm, and compliant
