You will help manage maintenance operations across a prestigious, high-profile site in West London, leading engineers and contractors while remaining involved in planned and reactive maintenance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer with strong mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility and progress their career.
The role
You will take responsibility for delivering a safe, compliant and high-quality maintenance service covering M&E, HVAC, water hygiene and general building fabric.
Your duties will include
- Leading and supporting engineers and contractors to maintain consistently high service standards.
- Delivering and overseeing PPM and reactive maintenance, including emergency lighting tests and remedials, PAT testing, water sampling, plumbing and water-treatment remedials.
- Servicing, diagnosing and inspecting air-conditioning, HVAC and water systems.
- Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, resolving service issues before they affect the client.
