Our client, a reputable construction company, is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple care home developments across the North West.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
  • Essential: Experience delivering care home projects from inception through to completion.
  • Strong project planning, programme management, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent leadership and client management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certification.
