Two weeks work
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage all aspects of finishing works on a care home project. Experience working for a main contractor on accommodation projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
- Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
- Managing snagging lists and quality control
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
- Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates
- Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
