- Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage all aspects of finishing works on a care home project.
Experience working for a main contractor on accommodation projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site.
- Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Managing snagging lists and quality control.
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times.
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management.
- Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates.
- Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
