Site Manager - Commercial Project Location: Hull Duration: 12 Months Start Date: Immediate We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a 12-month commercial construction project based in Hull. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the site. Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors and site labour. Monitor programme, quality, and health & safety compliance. Liaise with clients, consultants, and the project management team. Maintain accurate site records and reports. Requirements Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black/Manager Card, and First Aid at Work certification. Strong leadership and communication skills.
