Linsco are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a team based in Stockport, supporting a range of Construction, Fit out and refurbishment projects. Working closely with senior commercial staff, you will gain hands-on experience in cost management, contract administration, and procurement, contributing to the successful delivery of high-profile water and utility schemes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets, valuations, and cost forecasts Support in the measurement and valuation of works, both on-site and from drawings Contribute to subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations Monitor project variations and assist with the preparation of change control documentation Help ensure financial compliance with client frameworks and NEC contracts Assist in the preparation of monthly cost/value reports and cashflow forecasts Work collaboratively with engineers, site teams, and external stakeholders Support senior QS staff in dispute resolution and final account agreements Understanding of cost control systems and processes If interested or want to know more please contact Matt Wheat Applications If you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today, attaching a copy of your current CV.
