We are currently recruiting experienced Site Managers to oversee social housing roofing programmes across Guildford. The successful candidates will have experience managing programmes of work within a social housing environment, ideally covering roofing, re-roofing, or similar planned maintenance projects.
Responsibilities:
- Managing subcontractors and day-to-day site operations
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Managing health & safety and site compliance
- Liaising with tenants, clients, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Previous social housing experience
