Linsco are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a residential developer and assist with the final stages of multiple new build housing sites. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, who can take homes through to completion to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and completing snag lists to ensure quality handovers
  • Overseeing finishing trades (e.g., decorators, carpenters, mastic teams)
  • Liaising with site management and subcontractors to resolve outstanding issues
  • Ensuring homes are presented to a high standard for client handover
  • Maintaining strict health & safety compliance on site
  • Reporting progress and issues to the Site Manager or Project Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Finishing Foreman role on new build housing developments
  • Excellent attention to detail and snagging knowledge
  • SSSTS
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • First Aid (desirable)
  • Able to coordinate trades and ensure quality delivery under time constraints
