Linsco are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a residential developer and assist with the final stages of multiple new build housing sites. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, who can take homes through to completion to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and completing snag lists to ensure quality handovers
- Overseeing finishing trades (e.g., decorators, carpenters, mastic teams)
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors to resolve outstanding issues
- Ensuring homes are presented to a high standard for client handover
- Maintaining strict health & safety compliance on site
- Reporting progress and issues to the Site Manager or Project Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Finishing Foreman role on new build housing developments
- Excellent attention to detail and snagging knowledge
- SSSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- First Aid (desirable)
- Able to coordinate trades and ensure quality delivery under time constraints
