About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator with a number of years experience working on civils projects within the residential construction sector to join our clients' growing team. You will be responsible for preparing competitive and precise cost estimates for a range of projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for civils work within residential construction
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and regulations

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the residential construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of materials, installation methods, and industry regulations
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
