About the Role: As Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure that all operations run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with specification and programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts across a portfolio of roofing and cladding projects.
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental standards.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the cladding and/or roofing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of façade systems, rainscreen cladding, built-up systems, and flat or pitched roofing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, CDM regulations, and project financials.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
