We are currently looking for a Temporary Sales Administrator to support a busy new build housing team based in Castle Donington. This is an office-based role, ideal for an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative and communication skills.
You will possess excellent planning and organisational skills and be structured in your approach to work with a keen attention to detail. You will have strong IT skills, be process driven, with a passion for driving improvement using technology.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the department to optimise the performance of all colleagues.
- Produce weekly, monthly and other ad-hoc reports required by the business.
- Record and input sales information and data accurately onto the COINS/CRM system.
- Process Sales Variation Orders and work with the Commercial Department to ensure POs are raised in a timely manner and payments for customer extras are received.
- Raise Purchase Orders for all sales running costs and action goods deliverable notes on COINS Accounts system.
- Ensure payment deadlines are met by processing all invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
