We are looking for a number of pipefitters / plumbers to join our client on a mixed use commercial installation project in Birmingham starting ASAP.

Role Details:

  • Commercial install project/ mixed use development
  • £24 hourly rate - option to work hours:
    • Mon to Thurs 7am to 6pm - 10 hours paid
    • Friday 7am to 3pm - 7 hours paid
    • Mon to Thurs 7am to 5pm - 9 hours paid
    • Friday 7am to 3pm - 7 hours paid
  • 1 hour break unpaid - can take x2 30 min breaks or x1 hour break
  • Paid weekly - CIS
  • 6 months + duration. Works to run to Xmas and very likely into the new year

Work Will Include:

  • 1st fix install
  • Brazed copper/ majority of install is pre fab
  • Risers
  • 1st fix pods
  • Waste
  • Hot & cold services
  • SVP
  • HDP
  • Sanitary ware

Requirements:

  • Current JIB Blue or Gold card
  • Full PPE
  • Own tools
  • Proven commercial/ mixed use install experience
  • No on site parking available - local street parking available. Site is close to train stations Bournville/ Selly Oak/ University (Birmingham)
