Finishing Site Manager in Belper

Job Title: Finishing Site Manager Location: Belper Project: Hospital Rate: £260-£280 per day We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Site Manager to join a team on a hospital project in Belper, overseeing the final stages of the build through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard Managing snagging lists and quality control Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements: Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager on healthcare, commercial, or similar projects Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades Excellent communication and organisational skillsIf you\’re available and interested, please apply today or contact us for further information.
