Linsco is working with a well-established and highly reputable construction company who are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity that will offer a competitive salary, fantastic working environment, and potential career progression.

As a Technical Coordinator, you will coordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments throughout the design and construction process. To ensure all approvals are obtained and information received and issued to allow for a prompt start on site. You will receive an exceptional package as well as an excellent work-life balance.
Some duties:
- Ensure all drawings and details are accurate and commercially suitable throughout the design and construction phases.
- Liaise with all relevant colleagues relating to technical matters.
- Attend meetings to update/collate and discuss all technical matters.
- Co-ordinate with the design team meetings with internal and external participants.
- Attend any site meetings as required.
- Co-ordinate the planning process.
- Agree construction specification, SAP, and BREAM strategy for the project.
- Assist Commercial and Buying teams in review and approval of subcontractor design information.
- Ensure accurate and on-time design information in line with client requirements.
- Ensure cost-effective design control.
- Maintain and manage all current drawings/documents/information for all contracts.
- Review and check contract documentation, warranties, and bond requirements in liaison with the Contracts Manager.
- Review planning approval to ensure conditions are addressed prior to start on site.
- Apply for and secure statutory body approval of Engineering Design and ground remediation.
- Co-ordinate Temporary Works designs.
- Attend site visits and meetings in order to solve issues that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure that new regulation requirements are anticipated and incorporated as required.
- Coordinate the submission of a Building Control application and supporting documentation.
