Project Admin Support Location: Addlestone, Surrey Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) Job Type: Permanent Linsco are delighted to be working alongside a well-established civil engineering contractor who are looking to recruit a Project Admin Support to join their team. This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the project and site teams with the day-to-day administration and coordination of live civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar project administration, construction administration, document control or coordination role. However, our client is also open to considering someone who is early in their career, organised, switched-on and confident working under pressure with an interest in construction environemnts. The Role Working closely with the project team, you will provide general administrative and coordination support across a number of ongoing projects. Typical responsibilities will include: Arranging and coordinating site visits. Managing utility applications and liaising with relevant utility providers. Coordinating utility surveys and ensuring required information is available to the project team. Obtaining and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Saving, organising and maintaining project photographs and information received via WhatsApp. Assisting with the preparation of social media content and project updates. Keeping project documentation, records and trackers fully up to date. Providing general administrative support to the project and site teams. Following up outstanding information and helping ensure projects remain organised and on track. Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc project administration as required.About You The ideal candidate will be: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and competing priorities. Confident communicating with colleagues, contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders. Proactive and able to work without constant supervision. Calm and effective when working under pressure. Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems. Someone who takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
