We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy construction project in Oxford, working for a Main Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
- Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
- Managing snagging lists and quality control
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met at all times
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
- Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Site Manager for Main Contractors
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates
- Engineering background desirable
- Strong eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple trades
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
