We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover for 3 weeks on a top-end apartment development, including luxury apartments and penthouses. This is a great opportunity for a confident, professional Site Manager who can step in, keep the programme moving, and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site management and supervision of trades/subcontractors
- Maintain high standards of quality, finish, and workmanship throughout
- Manage site Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance at all times
- Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and short-term planning
- Carry out snagging/finishing checks and ensure works are completed to spec
- Liaise with the project team and provide daily progress updates
- Ensure the site remains clean, organised, and client-ready
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on apartment schemes (high-end preferred)
- Strong finishing and snagging eye for detail
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
- Confident running site operations independently during cover period
- Strong communication and leadership skills
