Linsco are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a new build care home project in Banbury from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating all sub-contractors
  • Assist Site Manager with daily operations
  • Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Managing snagging lists and quality control
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
  • Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
  • Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion

Requirements

  • Use of systems to record works progress
  • Valid SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certificates
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
