Linsco are looking for an Externals works manager to join a busy project in Sutton Coldfield.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing Block A superstructure works
- Input to the weekly sub-contractor coordination meetings
- Check all planned works are taking place to the Lean planner
- Chase sub-contractors if works arenβt happening to the Lean planner
- Superstructure quality sign offs following works completed
- Raising observations for issues found during works on Procore
- Snagging the superstructure on Procore
- Liaise with logistics manager to coordinate MEWP works with the groundworks
- Managing Block B superstructure works
- Snagging elevations on Procore
- Coordinating outstanding works and chasing sub-contractors to complete
- External Works
- Working with the logistics manager to manage the planned external works
- Snagging the external works on Procore
- External works quality sign offs following works completed
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card Holder
- 1st Aid
- Experience using digital management systems, preference being Procore
