We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on a high calibre fit out project in Stoke. Full refurbishment project including new walls, partitions and ceilings, ventilation and a/c equipment, boiler and heaters, lighting and fire alarms, upgrade of fire doors and compartmentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
- Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
- Managing snagging lists and quality control
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
- Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high calibre fit out projects
- Interiors and Fit Out experience for a Main contractor
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
- Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
