Site Manager β Weekend Cover (Commercial Project)
Location: East Kilbride
Weekend Work (Saturday & Sunday)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide weekend cover on a busy commercial project.
This role is ideal for a reliable and proactive individual who can take full responsibility for site operations over the weekend, ensuring works continue safely and in line with programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site activities during weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work is carried out to programme
- Maintain high health & safety standards at all times
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks where required
- Ensure quality control and compliance with site procedures
- Report progress and any issues to the Project Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage site operations
- Reliable and committed to ongoing weekend work
