Site Manager
Location: Coventry
Project: Hospital
Rate: Β£260-Β£2300 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy interiors fit out project in Coventry. This will be working on a hospital project and previous NHS and fit out work is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
- Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
- Managing snagging lists and quality control
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
- Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on healthcare, NHS projects
- Interiors and Fit Out experience for a Main contractor
- Valid SMSTS , CSCS , and First Aid certificates
- Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
