Linsco are delighted to support our client, a well-established and forward-thinking civil engineering contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering civils and infrastructure projects. Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of secured work across multiple frameworks, they are looking for driven and experienced Site Agents to join their growing team in the Yorkshire region.

This is a long-term opportunity to be part of a privately owned, people-focused business delivering a wide range of civil engineering and local highways projects. As a Site Agent, you will take full ownership of project delivery on site, leading teams to safely deliver schemes on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Typical projects include (but are not limited to):

  • Local highways improvements

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered autonomously, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.

  • Full responsibility for day-to-day site operations and project delivery
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors and resources effectively
  • Oversee planning, programming and progress reporting
  • Drive quality and efficiency across all stages of delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Agent or Site Manager within civils / infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in highways or local authority works
  • Ability to deliver projects autonomously at Site Agent level
  • Degree qualified or equivalent (HNC/HND/NVQ) in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • Full UK driving licence

Salary up to £65k depending on experience
