We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy construction team working on projects across Sheffield and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Duties Include:
- Assisting with daily site operations
- Managing subcontractors and trades on site
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are followed
- Monitoring progress and quality of work
- Supporting site paperwork and reports
- Helping deliver projects within deadlines and budgets
Requirements:
- Previous construction or site supervision experience
- Black CSCS Card or currently working towards obtaining one
- SMSTS required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
