As a Recruitment Billing Manager, you\’ll take charge of your own recruitment desk while mentoring and managing a team of Consultants. You\’ll be a hands-on leader, responsible for hitting personal targets, supporting team development and contributing to the overall goals of the business

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own successful recruitment desk (360 role)
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants
• Monitor KPIs, targets, and general performance
• Conduct regular 1-1s and support staff development and training
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure the success of the office
• Contribute to client development and retention

• Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant with a strong billing history
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management skills
• Results-driven, commercially astute, and client-focused
• Passion for recruitment and a desire to grow a high-performing team
