We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week passive fire protection project in Portsmouth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the installation and remediation of passive fire doors.
- Supervising subcontractors and site operatives.
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Maintaining site records and compliance documentation.

- Ensuring all fire door installations comply with current regulations and specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on passive fire protection or fire door projects.
- Strong knowledge of fire door installation, inspection, and compliance requirements.
- Valid SMSTS certification.
- CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- Enhanced DBS Check (essential).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage site programmes and health & safety requirements effectively.
