Due to continued growth in our Nottingham office, we're looking for a motivated, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a target-driven, sales-focused environment.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Linsco, you'll be responsible for driving sales and delivering recruitment solutions across the construction sector. Day-to-day you will:
- Generate new business through proactive sales and outbound calls
- Build strong relationships with construction clients and decision-makers
- Source, attract, and place candidates into live site roles quickly
- Manage vacancies from initial briefing through to successful placement
- Negotiate rates, terms, and offers with both clients and candidates
- Develop your own client base alongside a warm client offering with full support from management

- Previous experience in recruitment or a strong sales background
