We are recruiting for an experienced M&E Supervisor / Site Manager to join a project at HMP Lincoln Prison. This is a hands-on management role, overseeing Mechanical & Electrical packages and ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise M&E works on site, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and H&S standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, maintaining smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor progress against programme and report updates to senior management.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and daily briefings.
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across the site.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS (essential)
  • First Aid (essential)
  • CSCS Card (essential)
  • Proven experience as an M&E Supervisor or Site Manager on similar projects (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
